Download and install the Camera Raw plug-in. Note: If you still haven't been able to successfully update the Camera Raw plug-in for currently supported versions of Adobe applications, use the Camera Raw 12.4 installer below. For older Adobe applications, substitute with the Camera Raw 10.5 installer below. As a result of Adobe Camera Raw dropping 32-bit support on Mac, the Adobe Photodownloader in CS6 no longer supports the Convert to DNG option under Advanced options. The Convert to DNG is dimmed/greyed out. Solution Quit Bridge CS6 if it is running Download the file below.

Download the appropriate file below, and then follow these instructions:
- Quit all Adobe applications.
- Double-click the downloaded .zip file to unzip it. Windows might unzip the file for you.
- Double-click the resulting .exe file to start the installer.
- Follow the onscreen instructions.
- Restart your Adobe applications.
- Quit all Adobe applications.
- Click the downloaded .dmg file. In case of Camera Raw 10.5, double-click the .zip file to unzip it.
- Double-click the .pkg file to start the installer.
- Follow the onscreen instructions.
- Restart your Adobe applications.
